Perfect for planting in patio containers and hanging baskets, Lobelia ‘Waterfall Ice Blue’ is a rather unique lobelia plant that is non-seeding, meaning that it will flower for a much longer period in your summer displays. Masses of royal blue flowers are enhanced with a central white flash making them appear to sparkle on summer days as they cascade over the edges of the pot or basket. Trailing to 45cm. Lobelia plug plants can be planted directly into flower pouches. For baskets, beds and window boxes, pot up plugs and grow them on in warm, frost free conditions for transplanting at a later date. When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise lobelia plants to outdoor conditions over a period of 7 to 10 days before transplanting them into their final containers in any, well drained soil, in a sunny or semi-shaded position.

Feed and water lobelia plants frequently throughout the summer to promote an endless supply of delicate lobelia flowers. Caution: irritant to skin and eyes.
