Shipping Information
Order Processing
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to suit your gardening needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Our Returns Promise
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items (excluding non-returnable products). Your gardening happiness is our top priority!
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact (especially important for delicate items like begonia tubers)
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on:
- All live plants (including apple trees, pear trees, citrus trees, and dwarf fruit trees)
- Bulbs and tubers (such as daffodil bulbs, crocus bulbs, and dahlia tubers)
- Opened bird food and bird food straights
Important: For non-returnable items, please inspect your delivery immediately and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos if there are any issues.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
Step 2: Pack Your Item
Once we provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- For equipment like blowers, vacs, shredders or dining sets, include all parts
Step 3: Ship Your Package
Send your return to:

Note: Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Please note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
For exchanges (size, color, or different product):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the item using a prepaid shipping label
